Realizamos labores de información, coordinación, gestión, y representación de los intereses socio-económicos del sector pesquero del Principado de Asturias.
Asimismo colaboramos con la Administración Nacional y Organismos Europeos, en la puesta en marcha de iniciativas que generen un futuro de viabilidad para el sector pesquero.

Estas son algunos de los objetivos que perseguimos:
* Promover actividades en favor de la pesca costera artesanal.
* Participación en Proyectos que contemplen medidas de diversificación del sector pesquero.
* Participación, en programas que faciliten el desarrollo de zonas costeras dependientes de la pesca.
* Participación en la gestión de las pesquerías objetivo de los pescadores asturianos.
* Colaboración con las Administraciones en labores de difusión en materia de Formación, Seguridad y Prevención de Riesgos.
* Promover iniciativas que interesen al sector pesquero y pueda ser beneficiosa para mejorar las condiciones socio-económicas.
