2. Consolidation of efforts of all NGOs in the development strategy of civil society around a single idea: "Pride in one's country and the responsibility for its future destiny - Cossacks kin."
3. Formation of the middle class, healthy nation in cultural, humanitarian and spiritual principles.
4. The development of social programs and educational projects based on the Ukrainian national traditions of the implementation of which involve broad segments of the active population, people of intellectual labor.
5. Eliminate corruption model the formation of governments at various levels, uncontrolled by the community to form a transparent training among public figures reserve management personnel.
