    Goals / remit

Tuotos represents the interests of film and audiovisual producers, particularly in the field of copyright and related rights. We negotiate, collect and distribute royalties on retransmission, on private copying and on educational uses etc. We are actively monitoring the digital distribution and services and licencing them.

Tuotos is highly motivated to get the digital market working well for all the involved stakeholders. Tuotos is committed in providing the pratical licencing solutions for all mass uses.

Tuotos is safeguarding the interests of the audiovisual sector and particularly those of audiovisual producers'. The focus is in the exploitation of film and audiovisual works in digital and internet distribution. The main areas of national and EU policies are:

All other income whatsoever, is distributed to the our clients (Production Companies,Producers) as royalties or eq.
