The Derivatives Law Foundation (in Dutch: “Stichting Derivatenrecht”) (“Foundation”) was founded in 2009.
The Foundation has as its purpose, among others: • promoting the knowledge of (especially the legal aspects of) energy and financial derivative products; • consulting with governments, supervising authorities, universities and research institutions about these products; • promoting the establishment of a derivatives dispute resolution forum.
