Klare Definition von Pflichten und Rechten eines Versicherungsmaklers - und zwar vor, während und nach der Versicherungsvermittlung;
Uneingeschränkte Erlaubnis zur Versicherungsvermittlung und - Beratung gegenüber jedermann;
Freie Wahl der Abrechnungsmodalitäten;
Deckungsmöglichkeit für Versicherungsmakler bei jedem in Deutschland tätigen Versicherer, auch ohne Courtagezusage.
'Versicherungsmakler' als eigenständiger, staatlich anerkannter Ausbildungsberuf;
Selbstverständliche Teilnahme an berufsständischen und fachlichen Fortbildungskursen, mindestens einmal jährlich.
Nutzung einheitlicher Qualitätsstandards, was die Risikoanalyse, den Vermittlungsvorgang und die Schadensbetreuung angeht.
