We, the Kirchlicher Dienst in der Arbeitswelt (KDA), are a working group of local organizations in the Lutheran Protestant Church of Germany. We interrelate social, economic to social-ethical questions and develop and assist approaches, point of views, projects, which shall make a contribution to a fairer, human and sustainable functioning and subsistence strategy. By reason that the Lutheran Protestant Church of Germany feels obligated to the Christian idea of man the KDA act as a substitute for the church and gets involved with working world and society.
The KDA has the mission to accompany and supporting people in the working world in their Christian existence and their responsible cooperation in business, economy and society.
