    Goals / remit

Nasc the Irish Immigrant Support Centre is an NGO working to enable migrants to access justice and human rights and we work to ensure a just inclusive and integrated society. We do this through out legal clinics, which deal with all aspects of immigration and protection, campaign , using the evidence from our legal clinics we campaign for change on a local and national level. We also ensure that the state is fulfilling its obligations under E.U.. International and Domestic law. We also work to promote and foster integration.

All developments in the Current EU Asylum System,including all Directives and case law.
All Developments under Freedom of Movement Directives.
All developments in Roma integration and integration of Third Country Nationals.
All developments relating to Trafficking of Human Persons, combating hate speech anti discrimination measures.
All jurisprudence relating to the Charter of Fundamental Rights.

We work to bring about all Directives relating to CEAS into Irish Law, we have a number of projects relating to discrimination, integration,equality in line with developments in the EU.
We work across that the areas as outlined in the paragraph above and engage with politicians and policy makers and legal experts to ensure compliance with our obligation under E.U Law.
