Für die speziellen Bedürfnisse dieser Sektoren bietet sie Finanzierung, Vermögensanlage und Zahlungsverkehr sowie Beratungsleistungen an. Das Europabüro in Brüssel bietet Information und Beratung von Unternehmen und Vereinigungen, insbesondere der Sozialwirtschaft, in Bezug auf Europa sowie Unterstützung von Kunden bei ihrem Engagement im europäischen Ausland. Das Europabüro pflegt den internetbasierten Europäischen Fachinformationsservice (EUFIS) und informiert Kunden über relevante politische Entwicklungen auf EU-Ebene sowie aktuelle Förderausschreibungen.
