The organisation is providing support to persons having experienced discrimination (all grounds covered in Article 13 of the Amsterdam Treaty)and are intending to file a complaint in front of the court. BUG offers legal support to carry out strategic litigation. It aims for presidencies and on this basis carries out lobbying and advocacy. It cooperates with women, disability, LGBT, elderly and ethnic minority organisations.
