As a global company with a US headquarters, we are fully compliant with the US laws on lobbying, as well as laws such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Anti-Bribery Code, and maintain stringent internal codes of conducts.

In 2014 Citigroup employed 9 staff which have European Parliament Access passes. Not all these staff work full-time or were employed for the full financial year, however even if they did not spend 25% of their time on activities under the lobby register a proportion of their total compensation has been represented in the total staff cost. For transparency we would also like to disclose that during the 2014 Financial year the following staff made trips to Brussels involving policywork, this represented less than 5% of their employment and they were accompanied by a person registered for access. These people were:

Jim Cowles
James Bardrick
Candi Wolff
Colin Church
Ruth Wandhofer

Persons accredited for access to European Parliament premises
