| Goals / remit of the organisation: |
To work on professional training of it’s members and their training, with goal of successful overcoming of professional, organizational and public goals in fields of information and communication technologies (ICT). To cooperate with federal and republic school organs with goal to determine the subjects and level of teaching in high schools, colleges and universities in fields of ICT. To research and development of information technologies and artificial intelligence, computer science, information systems, telecommunications and robotics, scanners and optical communications systems, automatics, networks for data transmission of multimedia systems and communications, micrographs and document management systems, information management etc.

JISA has divided its activities into four segments, as follows: 1. Organization of JISA CONGRESS. 2. Publishing of JISA INFO magazine, 3. Institution of the award DISCOBOLOS, and 4. Offering assistance to the non-developed through campaign JISA AID, Activities in all above mentioned segments attract an ever increasing interest every year in the informatics environment, which is a clear sign that the basic goals have been attained just as planned.
