La Federazione Nazionale delle Impresa di Pesca (FEDERPESCA)
Costituita nel 1968 e da allora aderente a CONFINDUSTRIA, associa, rappresenta e tutela gli armatori della pesca italiana e le imprese della filiera ittica presso la pubblica Amministrazione, il Parlamento e l'Unione europea. E' parte contraente del C.C.N.L. della Pesca marittima e del CCNL dei Retifici meccanici.
In uno con le OO.SS. dei lavoratori, FEDERPESCA è parte dell'Osservatorio nazionale della Pesca e dell'Ente Bilaterale della Pesca (E.BI.PESCA) per la gestione degli istituti normativi previsti dal CCNL della Pesca.
Federpesc, tramite la società "FEDERPESCA RICERCA & SVILUPPO S.r.L.", da questa interamente partecipata, realizza attività di ricerca e di formazione professionale nel settore, con una espressa vocazione all'internazionalizzazione delle imprese di pesca associate.
FEDERPESCA è membro della Federazione del Mare - Federazione del Sistema Marittimo italiano, Costituita nel maggio 1994, la Federazione del Sistema Marittimo Italiano (in breve Federazione del mare) riunisce oggi gran parte delle organizzazioni del settore: AIDIM (diritto marittimo), ANCIP (lavoro portuale), ANIA (assicurazione), ASSOLOGISTICA (logistica), ASSOPORTI (amministrazione portuale), ASSONAVE (cantieristica navale), ASSORIMORCHIATORI (rimorchio portuale), COLLEGIO CAPITANI (stato maggiore marittimo), CONFITARMA e FEDARLINEA (navigazione mercantile), FEDERAGENTI (agenzia e intermediazione marittime), FEDEPILOTI (pilotaggio), FEDERPESCA (navigazione peschereccia), IPSEMA (previdenza marittima), RINA (certificazione e classificazione), CONS.A.R. (ricerca), TMCR (promozione del cabotaggio) e UCINA (nautica da diporto).
A FEDERPESCA aderisce l'ASSOITTICA, Associazione delle Imprese di Conservazione e Trasformazione de prodotti della pesca.
Federpesca rappresenta le imprese italiane di settore presso il Consiglio Nazionale dell'Economia e del Lavoro (CNEL) e l'Istituto di Previdenza del Settore Marittimo (IPSEMA).
A livello europeo, rappresenta le imprese italiane di pesca in EUROPECHE, l'Associazione delle Organizzazioni Nazionali delle Imprese di Pesca dei Paesi UE.
E promotrice della FEDEROP.IT, Associazione delle Organizzazioni dei Produttori della Pesca italiane, riconosciuta con Decreto del Ministro delle Politiche Agricole e Forestali.
Le imprese associate, circa 2.200, esercitano l'attività di pesca, la trasformazione e la commercializzazione dei prodotti ittici, la produzione di reti, attrezzature e servizi per la pesca e sono strutturate in sindacati nazionali di categoria:

Sindacato nazionale armatori della pesca Oceanica
Sindacato nazionale delle attività industriali della filiera ittica e dei retificifatte salve le eventuali competenze di associazioni categoria aderenti al sistema confederale.

The National Federation of Fishing Company (Federpesca)
Founded in 1968 and since then member of Confindustria, associated, represents and protects the owners of the Italian fisheries and enterprises in the fishing industry in the public service, Parliament and the European Union. E 'party to C.C.N.L. Fisheries and Maritime CCNL Retif of mechanics.
In one with the unions workers, Federpesca is part of the National Fisheries and Fisheries of The Bilateral (E.BI.PESCA) for the management of institutions under the regulatory CCNL Fisheries.
Federpesca, through the company "Federpesca RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT SRL, this wholly owned subsidiary, conducts research and training in the field, with an explicit call for the internationalization of businesses associated with fishing.
Federpesca is a member of the Federation of the Sea - Maritime Federation of the Italian system, founded in May 1994, the Federation of the Italian Maritime System (in short sea Federation) brings together a large part of industry organizations: AIDiM (maritime law), Ancipa (work port), ANIA (insurance), ASSOLOGISTICA (logistics), ASSOPORTI (port authority), Assonave (shipbuilding), ASSORIMORCHIATORI (port towage), COLLEGE CAPTAINS (Staff sea), and CONFITARMA FEDARLINEA (commercial shipping), Federagenti (agency brokerage and maritime), FEDEPILOTI (control), Federpesca (sailing vessel), IPSEMA (maritime security), RINA (certification and classification), CONS.AR (Research), Short Sea Shipping (promotion of short) and UCINA (yachting).
A Federpesca ASSOITTICA joins the Association of Business Transformation and Conservation of fishery products.
Federpesca representing companies in the sector at the Italian National Council for Economy and Labour (CNEL) and the Institute of Maritime Security Sector (IPSEMA).
In Europe, representing companies in the Italian fishing EUROPECHE, the Association of National Organisations of Fishing Enterprises of the EU countries.
And promoter of FEDEROP.IT, Association of Organisations of Manufacturers of Fishing Italian, recognized by a Decree of the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry.
