Through our Vision Document and Strategic Research Agenda we provide strategic answers for the water research future challenges. We have 71 members and 350 contributors and represent a network of more than 700 individuals from industrie, research institutes, universities, utilities, and end-users.

WssTP is led by industries in collaboration with academics, research organisations and water users to improve efficiency and financial opportunities in the sector.
WssTP works with National Representatives through its Member States Mirror Group (MSMG).

WssTP has a strong network of Members and contributors involved in its activities including the delivering of research strategic vision and the production of evidenced based reports identifying future research needs. From Fundamental Research to implementation, WssTP is proactive in identifying future challenges.

The major contributions from WssTP are the Strategic Research Agenda published in 2006 and updated in 2010 through the work of more than 200 individuals and a series of scientific publication and reports on key challenges of the water sector including water management in urban cities, sludge, climate change, managed aquifer recharge, irrigated agriculture, coastal zones, etc.
