The 2011 Entry in the Transparency Register concerns 'OCIPE'. We have recently restructured the office, with a slight change of function, though retaining the earlier aims and ethos. The main change is that we have separated institutionally from our partners in France, Hungary and Poland, while still collaborating with them.
