| Goals / remit of the organisation: |
National Association of the Romanian Registrars was established on 15 January 2011, in the City of Iasi, the activity being started on april 2011. The Association is the first professional association of the Romanian registrars in the Romanian history, the first step toward the professionalization of this position and the creation of a professional registrar’s body. The N.A.R.R. main goal is to represent, promote and protect the professional, social, economical and cultural rights of the Romanian registrars, to gain and protect specific rights according to their professional position, to promote and support the professional training and formation, to make every effort for the registrar to be recognized as a professional category in the Romanian labor market. From the 1st January 2012 the Association became member of European Association of Civil Registrars.
