To support and improve the quality, services and standards of tourist guides and to add value to the visitor's expierience. To promote tourist guide training and life-long training, as the main factor for cultural and natural heritage interpretation.
Within the EU we support Area Specific qualifications as enshrined in EN 13809 and EN 15565.
