§ 2 Zweck (1) Der Verein, dessen Tätigkeit nicht auf Gewinn gerichtet ist, bezweckt die Beratung und Förderung von Kleinen und Mittelgroßen Unternehmen (KMU) im Informationsmanagement, bei Projektfinanzierungen, Besorgung von Eigen- und Fremdkapital in der Phase der Internationalisierung und Globalisierung. (1) Insbesondere dienen folgende Tätigkeiten dem Vereinszweck:
(a) Organisierung des Zuganges für Mitglieder und Sponsoren des Vereines zu den Serviceleistungen der UNIDO, insbesondere im Rahmen von UNIDO EXCHANGE und SPX (Subcontracting and Partnership Exchanges). (b) Durchführung von Markterkundungen gegen kostendeckende finanzielle Beiträge und/oder Sachleistungen. (c) Veranstaltung von Messen und Ausstellungen, Präsentationen, Kursen und Seminaren.
(2) Der Verein dient unmittelbar und ausschließlich den im Vereinszweck genannten gemeinsamen Zwecken und damit dem Wohle der Gesellschaft. Er verfolgt ausschließlich und unmittelbar gemeinnützige Zwecke im Sinne der BAO.
