Goals / remit of the organisation: FEICA’s mission is to create value for its members and to contribute to the growth of the Industry by:

1) Acting as the Ear & Voice of the Adhesive and Sealant Manufacturers in Europe

2) Pro-actively supporting & promoting the Industry interests by constructively influencing EU legislation and public opinion

3) Connecting effectively with all Industry stakeholders and keeping the members informed about EU legislation

4) Objectively promoting the use of Adhesives and Sealants to targeted audiences

5) Maximizing Industry representation including SMEs and emerging countries when possible through National Associations

6) Building strong international cooperation with other Adhesive & Sealant associations and value chain organizations

7) Promoting Industry endorsement on the Principles of Sustainable Development

FEICA is composed of 14 European National Associations and 19 Direct Company Members.

We represent at the European level about 750 producers of adhesives and sealants of which the vast majority are SMEs.

The European domestic consumption of Adhesives and Sealants is estimated at 14 billion Euros (2009) and is growing at a yearly rate of 5%.
