Olyan emberek számára nyújtunk segítséget, akikben fokozottan megvan a saját életük és életterük alakításának igénye, akik a társadalom passzív elfogadó szerepéből kilépve egy aktív alkotó-alakító, önmagáért felelős, közéletiséget vállaló állampolgárokká válnak. Segítséget kívánunk nyújtani abban, hogy az ilyen attitűddel rendelkező emberek továbbfejlesztve tudásukat képessé váljanak az egyéni érdekképviseleten túlmutató közösségi érdek felismerésére, vállalására és képviseletére.
Mi az önmagát, s helyzetét jól ismerő, azt elemezni tudó, s abban célokat kitűző és céljait elérő, sikeres emberben gondolkodunk. Abban aki meg tudja szervezni a környezetének érdekartikulációs folyamatait, ki tudja dolgozni az érdekek kijárásának útjait, sikerre tudja vinni a közösen alkotott stratégiákat. Röviden: sikeresen meg tudja oldani a közössége problémáit.
Hisszük, hogy a képességek és ismeretek egy része nem tanulható egyszerű ismeretátadással, csak saját élményen keresztül. Ezért tartjuk jónak azokat a tréningeket, amelyeket végigélve lehet tapasztalatokat gyűjteni, tanulni.
Az ilyen képzéseink során az átadandó ismeret technika; a “hogyan kell csinálni”. A tananyag technika volta pedig kiveszi a képzőket a képzés centrumából a fejlődési folyamat mellé, mint egy mindig elővehető, megkérdezhető tanácsadót. Itt a középpontban a valóságos élethelyzet, a még ismeretlen megoldás és a megoldást a technika alkalmazásával kereső-kidolgozó csoport van.
