Uno de los fines fundamentales de la Unión de Cooperativas Agrarias de Navarra (UCAN), según establecen sus estatutos, es "la promoción y organización de servicios y actuaciones de interés general para el Cooperativismo Agrario, encaminados a atender las necesidades y facilitar el desenvolvimiento y la eficacia en la gestión de las Cooperativas Agrarias".
Su principal objetivo es la defensa de los intereses sociales, económicos y políticos del Sector Cooperativo Agroalimentario de Navarra.
Su misión es la de impulsar un modelo cooperativo agroalimentario empresarial, rentable, competitivo, profesionalizado, generador de valor y con una dimensión relevante, contribuyendo así a la sostenibilidad del sector agroalimentario español.
