Main EU initiatives covered the year before by activities falling under the scope of the Transparency Register:


Support under the Tourism Quality Label Project (DG Enterprise, Tourism Unit) by deloping a parallel study on City Hospitality. This study reveals the criteria from the consumer on how a destination is perceived and how hospitality is experienced. The study is executed by Amsterdam Marketing in collaboration with European Cities Marketing and INHolland University of applied sciences in Amsterdam.
Seminar held on this topic in Copenhagen in June 2013. Working group has been formed and meeting now annually.
