The Istituto per il Governo Societario's goals are study and elaboration about corporate governance issues. The Association is composed by many subjects, such as professionals, universities, academics, business, working in different ways in the business world.
Istituto per il Governo Societario is an indipendent and unbiased association able to compound different abilities and requests and able to promote the discussion about corporate governance issues, settle different interests and find shared solutions and models.
