EU Directive on Rights of victims
Victim Support Scotland has during 2012,2013 and 2014 have been active in several EU-funded projects to improve the rights and protection of victims of crime. We have been active in working with the EU Institutions in the development of the new EU Directive establishing minimum standards on the rights, support and protection of victims of crime.
