Goals / remit of the organisation: The IMA is the trade body for the UK based investment management industry. IMA works to foster the good reputation of the industry and promote a legal, tax and regulatory environment which is appropriate for the needs of investment managers and their customers. We do so by seeking to influence the Government, regulators and other policymakers across the UK, Europe and internationally.

IMA provides a centre of excellence on investment management and publishes regular data on the state of the industry. IMA members are committed to ensuring that high standards are maintained within the industry, to the benefit of investors and the industry itself.
