El objeto o fin social de esta sociedad cooperativa es, LA MEJORA DE LAS CONDICIONES DE VENTA DE SU PRODUCCIÓN, Y EN PARTICULAR LA COMERCIALIZACIÓN DE LOS PRODUCTOS DE SUS SOCIOS A TRAVÉS DE LA COOPERATIVA ASÍ COMO ADOPTAR TODAS AQUELLAS MEDIDAS QUE SEAN NECESARIAS PARA GARANTIZAR EL EJERCICIO RACIONAL DE LA PESCA.
A estos efectos, la Cooperativa pondrá en marcha los medios técnicos, humanos y económicos que sean necesarios para regular y desarrollar, por mandato de sus socios, las operaciones relacionadas con la pesca, transporte y comercialización de los productos de sus asociados; del mismo modo podrán establecerse otros servicios propios de interés común para los miembros.
Para el cumplimiento de sus fines la Cooperativa adoptará aquellas medidas que tiendan a promover la puesta en práctica de:
- PLANES DE CAPTURA PARA LA RACIONALIZACIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD PESQUERA.
- LA CONCENTRACIÓN DE LA OFERTA.
- LA REGULACIÓN DE LOS PRECIOS.
- LA MEJORA DE LA CALIDAD DE LOS PRODUCTOS.
- LA ADAPTACIÓN DEL VOLUMEN DE LA OFERTA A LAS EXIGENCIAS DEL MERCADO.
La Cooperativa FIJARÁ LAS NORMAS DE PRODUCCIÓN Y COMERCIALIZACIÓN a fin de mejorar la calidad de los productos y adaptar el volumen de la oferta en las exigencias del mercado.
Asimismo será objeto de la entidad, desarrollar las actividades comerciales de primera venta, la manipulación, tratamiento, conservación y comercialización de toda clase de productos pesqueros, la prestación de suministros y servicios y la realización de operaciones, encaminadas al mejoramiento económico y técnico de las actividades profesionales o de las explotaciones de sus socios.
