I n t e r e s s e n b e r e i c h
- Wahrung und Förderung der wirtschaft-
lichen, rechtlichen und politischen
Interessen seiner Mitglieder;
- Kompetenzzentrum in Sachen Recht und
Steuern;
- Schulung und Beratung seiner Unter-
nehmerinnen und Unternehmer;
- Bekämpfung von unlauterem Wettbewerb,
um Chancengleichheit zu gewährleisten;
- Zusammenarbeit mit den des Erotik Ge-
werbes beteiligten Institutionen (Be-
hörden des Bundes, der Länder und Ge-
meinden, Gewerkschaften, Selbsthilfe-
organisationen);
- Weiterentwicklung des Prostitutions-
gesetzes, um Transparenz und Rechts-
sicherheit zu erlangen;
- Änderung, bzw. Überarbeitung von
Bundes- und Ländergesetzen sowie
Verordnungen.

Sowohl die Prostitution, als auch der Betrieb von Prostitutionsstätten ist in Deutschland seit 2002 legalisiert (Prostitutionsgesetz).
Immer mehr Gesetze werden von der EU erlassen, die in nationales Recht umzuwandeln sind, sowie bei Erlass von nationalen Gesetzen diese auf EU-Konformität geprüft sein müssen.
Ohne ständige Beobachtung der EU-Politik und EU-Gestzgebung ist eine Verbandsarbeit zum Wohle seiner Mitglieder nicht mehr denkbar.
Die Verbesserung und Transparenz der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen im Erotikgewerbe ist nicht nur ein nationales Ziel, sondern soll im Dialog mit anderen Nationen der Entkriminalisierung dienen.

Der jährliche Finanzaufwand wurde von 12.000 EUR auf 6.000 EUR halbiert, weil zwar ÜBER das Sexgewerbe geredet wird, aber nicht MIT dem Sexgewerbe!
