Cimabel is the trade organisation of the Belgian and Luxembourg cigarette manufacturers. Its members are British American Tobacco, Japan Tobacco International, Torrekens Tobacco Belgium / Heintz Van Landewyck and Imperial Tobacco. Cimabel is an associate member of CECCM (Confederation of European Community Cigarette Manufacturers)

| Goals / remit of the organisation: |
Cimabel, the federation of Belgian-Luxembourg cigarette manufacturers, defends the interests of its members in both countries. It is the centre of expertise and knowledge, due to its quality and excellence in the industry Cimabel has become the contact point of the political world and the media, providing quality information on the sector. Its trade partners along with other national organisations of the sector and European counterparts can count on its loyal cooperation.
The sense of responsibility and spirit of tolerance are the two values that the federation highlights at everything it does. Its members are aware of what their own particular responsibilities are in relation to the consumers of their products. They work to promote a climate of tolerance among non-smokers and informed adults who choose to smoke.
As an advocate of a sector of considerable economic importance to Belgium and Luxembourg, Cimabel wishes to be heard in any debates pertaining to the sector.
