FFC-Repairers, former GNCR, is leading in Europe the questions about unfair competition between automotive insurers and repairers and exchanging informations and experiences with German ADAC motorists' association which gather 16 million members.Together they have a clear view of practices concerning the five motor insurance markets that are leaders in Europe.

FFC-Repairers goals are to make advance the body repairers' interests, that are in fact linked with consumers'ones, because consumers are their customers. FFC-Repairers is of the opinion that it is a priority for Europe to complete the Internal Market, in particular in the motor insurance field.

Des réunions ont été organisées avec des parlementaires français pour inscrire dans le projet de loi renforçant les droits des consommateurs le libre choix du réparateur. Des notes et documents ont été préparés et adressés aux autorités compétentes, notamment de la Concurrence. Des entretiens sont prévus pour 2012 avec des représentants de la DG Consommateurs et de la DG Marché intérieur, notamment le Cabinet du Commissaire M. Michel Barnier, ainsi qu'avec la DG Emploi et affaires sociales et le Comité économique et social européen pour reconnaître le statut particulier des indépendants excessivement dépendants de leurs clients, les assureurs.
