Η ΕΝΩΣΗ ΠΡΟΣΤΑΣΙΑΣ ΚΑΤΑΝΑΛΩΤΩΝ ΣΕΡΡΩΝ στοχεύει:
1.Στην ενημέρωση και εκπαίδευση των καταναλωτών για την απόκτηση καταναλωτικής συνείδησης.
2. Στην προστασία των καταναλωτών σε θέματα υγείας, ασφάλειας και οικονομικών συμφερόντων.
3. Στην εξασφάλιση του δικαιώματος των καταναλωτών να εκπροσωπούνται στα όργανα που αποφασίζουν σε θέματα που τους αφορούν, όπως το Εθνικό Συμβούλιο Καταναλωτών και Αγοράς, ο Ε.Φ.Ε.Τ., η Επιτροπή Φιλικού Διακανονισμού, των οποίων η σύσταση και λειτουργία επιβάλλονται από το νόμο.
