The goal of the Czech Pirate Party is most importantly the promotion of the fundamental human freedom to share information and the strict protection of privacy, in reflection of the new reality of the information society of the 21st century. To achieve this goal, we need a revision of the monopoly of copyright, so that it cannot be used as a pretext to attack the freedom of the Internet.
