OUR PURPOSE The Empowerment Gateway purpose is to conceptualize, design, develop and implement socio-economic development models to reduce the cycle of unemployment and poverty by addressing individual as well as communities needs, one by one, anywhere in the world were we find ourselves.
OUR STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES Promote the benefits of social entrepreneurship through the Internet, campaigns and events
Promote best practices in the business sector with a special focus on social enterprises through training, networks and publications
Promote local communities cohesiveness, empowerment and sustainability
Promote the transition from the traditional businesses model to the social enterprise model
Be a dynamic organisation, challenging the status quo and adopting new ways of doing things
Be an advocate for change and embrace diversity OUR PHILOSOPHY OF INDEPENDENCE Empowerment Gateway founders made the policy decision of not aligning themselves to any specific economic, political or religious organisation but to instead align themselves to organisations that meet their vision of creating a better society for all mankind and who share the same values and ethics that they do.
