    Goals / remit

The remit of the Swedish Corporate Governance Board is to promote the positive development of corporate governance in Swedish listed companies, primarily by administering and monitoring the application of the Swedish Corporate Governance Code and the Swedish Takeover Rules. The Board is part of the self-regulation system on the Swedish securities market.
