Le Syndicat numérique de CINOV, CINOV IT regroupe les entités dont les activités et prestations cœur de métier relèvent du domaine de l'Informatique et des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication (TIC).
Les missions caractéristiques de ses membres vont de l’étude à la réalisation et au support de systèmes, progiciels, applications et/ou services à spécificité informatique, couvrant notamment les secteurs suivants:

* Conseil en exploitation
* Ingénierie de systèmes

La mission principale du syndicat est de mettre en œuvre les moyens propres à développer et faciliter l’exercice de la profession de ses membres.
Une attention toute particulière est accordée aux questions administratives et juridiques, aux évolutions du marché ainsi qu’aux processus de formation et de certification des intervenants dans un secteur caractérisé par une évolution rapide des technologies et des méthodes de mise en œuvre résultantes.
