Release of the "Double standards Report" denouncing the double standards of EU waste policy regarding the off-setting of carbon credits through the Clean Development Mechanism.

Release of the "Incineration overcapacity and waste shipping in Europe: the end of the proximity principle?" to denounce the overcapacity of incineration in Europe that is damaging recycling.

Avaaz action to ask the ENVI Commissioner to limit construction of new incinerators in order to preserve recycling.
