Goals / remit

Goals / remit of the organisation: The overall goals of the DEOK is the instrumental unification and organization of workers/employees in trade unions in a pursuit to promote their human and labour rights at work, to improve their working and living conditions and standards. In particular, we strive for decent work and employment conditions, health and safety at work, social protection, gender equality and the elimination/eradication of any form of discrimination in the workplace and society in general.

The Federation pursuits the promotion of the above goals through collective bargaining and collective agreements as well as through an active participation in social dialogue on national and European level.
