Über den Call Center Verband Deutschland e.V.:
Der Call Center Verband Deutschland, gelistet beim deutschen Bundestag, ist Repräsentant der Callcenter Wirtschaft in Deutschland. Im Fokus des Handelns steht die Vertretung der Branche gegenüber Medien, Multiplikatoren und Politik. Darüber hinaus bietet der CCV die ideale Plattform für fachspezifischen Informationsaustausch sowie ein umfangreiches Netzwerk für beste Branchenkontakte. Zu den Mitgliedern zählen führende Unternehmen aus den Bereichen Handel, Banken und Versicherungen sowie aus dem Industrie- und Dienstleistungssektor. Neben großen Service Callcentern sind auch zahlreiche Unternehmen mit eigenen Inhouse Callcentern und Hersteller von Telekommunikationssystemen vertreten.
