Goals / remit of the organisation: The Federation of European Publishers represents 28 national associations of book publishers of the European Union and of the European Economic Area. Thus, FEP is the voice of the great majority of publishers in Europe. It acts in the name of the publishers in the discussions and negotiations with the European institutions concerning mostly the copyright legislation, information society, taxation and culture.
