A Magyarországi Állampolgári Jogvédő Központ egyik ágazata az európai érdekérvényesítő tevékenység, amelyet a kiemelkedő egyedi, vagy csoportos az állampolgároknál bekövetkezett jogsértések ellensúlyozása érdekében folytat Brüsszelben és Strabourgban illetve az európai tagállamokban.
Tevékenysége magyarországi tapasztalatait részben megfelelő indítványokkal a magyarországi jogalkotás szereplői, részben az európai unió intézményei felé érdekérvényesítő indítványokban öszegzi és terjeszti elő.
Kiemelten a határon átnyúló jogviták, tagállamon belüli tisztességes eljáráshoz való jog követelményének érvényesülése érdekében végez lobbi tevékenységet az Európai Unió jogalkotása intézményeinél, tagállamok parlamentjeinél és szakminisztériumainál.
Hansúlyosan követi és támogatja az ADR mediáció Magyarországon történő változásait a jogszabályi környezetben.

Határonátnyúló jogviták alternatív jogvitarendezési intézményeinek erősítése.
Média hozzáférés kiszélesítése az európai állampolgárok vonatkozásában, a média jogviták rendező elveinek átalakítása.
Tisztességes eljáráshoz való jog követelményének erősítése a tagállam jogalkalmazása során.
Versenyképességet befolyásoló jogszabályok és az európai integrációt fékező tagállami jogszabályok deregulációja iránti lobbi tevékenység.
