Mission:
The group's tasks will be: • to provide advice to the Commission on issues in relation with the implementation of programmes adopted and implemented in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1299/2013, Regulation (EU) No 1300/2013, Regulation (EU) No 1301/2013 and Regulation No 1303/2013; • to provide advice to the Commission in relation to specific issues linked to the implementation of programmes adopted and still implemented until their closure in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1080/2006 and Regulation (EC) No 1084/2006 as regards the 2007 to 2013 programming period; • to provide advice to the Commission on issues in relation with the establishment and functioning of (EGTCs) in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1082/2006; • to ensure coordination and establish cooperation between Member State authorities and the Commission on implementation issues; • to bring about an exchange of experience and encourage good practice in the implementation of co-financed programmes or EGTCs. Issues in relation to programmes adopted and implemented in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1304/2013, Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 and the future regulation for the EMFF exclusively will not fall within the scope of the tasks given to this group of experts.
