The successful modernisation of document management and archiving at the Commission (e-Domec) requires a strong organisational structure. This structure is organised at three levels:

an e-Domec Steering Committee
an Interdepartmental group of Document Management Officers (DMOs)
Document Management Centres (CAD - French abbreviation of Centres d'Administration des Documents)
