These rules are laid down by the Secretariat-General of the European Commission.
On the basis of the rules in force, files and documents that are no longer
of current administrative use for the Cabinets/Directorates-General/Services
are transferred to the central repositories managed by the Historical Archives Service Service (Office for Infrastructue and Logistics in Brussels).
