Preinformation notices
In regard to the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) within the GATT and Article 90 of the of the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities, the Commission publishes below the prior information notices for projects intended by the Directorate General for Trade.
Companies and organisations should only prove their qualifications and submit offers after the appearance of the related tender notices in the Official Journal. They are requested not to send any letters of interest or offers in response to this publication of pre-information notices.
