Eighth Meeting of the CCCTB WG September 12, 2006

The CCCTB WG held its eigth meeting on 12 September 2006.

The agenda of the meeting was as follows:

Report(280 Kb) and discussion on progress of the sub-group on Group Taxation
Discussion on the Working Document "Personal Scope of the CCCTB(163 Kb) " (CCCTB/WB/40)
Discussion on the Working Document "Dividends(162 Kb) " (CCCTB/WP/42)
Any other business.

Due to time constraint the discussion on the Working Document "Issues related to business reorganisations" has been postponed to the December meeting

Papers were also received from Mr Krister Andersson on behalf of the UNICE CCCTB task force on the Working Documents "Personal Scope of the CCCTB(126 Kb)" and "Dividends(97 Kb)"
