Provisions for the implementation of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 establishing the Community Customs Code, already voted in the Customs Code Committee but not yet adopted by the Commission.

The draft implementing provisions below have already been voted by the Customs Code Committee but they have not yet been finally adopted by the European Commission. Moreover, they will still undergo linguistic and legal revisions before their adoption by the European Commission and publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Only the official texts published in the OJEU may be considered authentic.
