Youth@Work will be present at the Student Arena to provide information and training sessions on topics such as ‘Launching your own business’, ‘Aid programmes for young entrepreneurs’, ‘Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs’ and ’Financing opportunities for business start-ups and expansions’.

The proposed roundtable, organised in the framework of the 2011 European SME Week, will take the form of an open discussion between the Head of the Unit in charge of Employment Services and EURES network, entrepreneurs from across the EU, editors from SME magazines and youth media, representatives of European Business and Youth organisations representing SMEs and young entrepreneurs.
This year the European Job Day in Brussels will host a special space dedicated to “Create your own job”.
The Youth@Work information and training sessions will address various topics, such as ‘Preparing a business plan’, ‘Finance opportunities’, and ‘Personal Leadership’.
A five-day programme of events in the Italian city of Florence from 6-10 May will promote 'Youth on the Move', the EU initiative aimed at improving education, tackling youth unemployment and encouraging study and training abroad.
