The aim of this Peer Review is to present how the Polish authorities monitor skill needs in the labour market in order to reduce skill mismatches.

It addressed the techniques used in different countries to generate estimates on future demand for skills and the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches to facilitate improvements in practices at the EU and national level.

The current refugee crisis is stressing the mechanisms in European countries to deal with asylum requests and general migration on economic grounds. This Peer Review presented the specific Spanish experience on labour integration of applicants and beneficiaries of international protection.

Peer Review on 'The Guarantee for Youth' (a particular measure within the broader context of the Youth Guarantee), Paris, France, 7-8 April 2016

This Peer Review presented the specific experimental measure “Garantie Jeunes” in the youth guarantee (“Garantie Jeunesse”) context. This experimental measure targets the most vulnerable NEETS (young people not in employment, education or training) and supports them by providing a first professional experience, including both work experience and training opportunities; as well as financial support.
