The EC-funded FreSsco network (Free Movement and Social Security Coordination) will organise a seminar in Madrid (Spain) on 27 November 2017.
The seminar is being organised by FreSsco in collaboration with its Spanish national expert, Dolores Carrascosa. FreSsco is an EC-funded network of independent experts from 32 European countries coordinated by Ghent University and Eftheia.
The seminar, entitled “Labour mobility in the EU and social security rights: practical problems, solutions and perspectives”, will be dedicated to a discussion of specific problems detected in Spain regarding the following topics, always considering the possible impact of the European Commission proposal to amend the Coordination Regulations: posted workers, cross-border healthcare, unemployment & jobseekers and old-age pensions.
The target audience includes staff of relevant authorities and institutions, social partners, academics, NGOs, judges and lawyers.
In case you wish to participate in this seminar, please address to the FreSsco management (firstname.lastname@example.org). Participation is free of charge. Please note that all costs connected to the attendance of the seminar (travel, accommodation) are at the participants' expense. Admission is subject to availability of seating.
