The EC-funded FreSsco network (Free Movement and Social Security Coordination) will organise a seminar in Warsaw (Poland) on 22 June 2017.
The seminar is being organised by FreSsco in collaboration with its Polish national expert, Gertruda Uścińska. FreSsco is an EC-funded network of independent experts from 32 European countries coordinated by Ghent University and Eftheia.
The seminar will concentrate on posting in the context of the coordination provisions, including case law in the field of posting, inter-state administrative cooperation and collaboration between social partners and state authorities. As a second topic, the seminar will also look into the principle of assimilation of facts as laid down in Article 5 of the Reg. 883/2004.
The languages of the seminar will be Polish and English (simultaneous interpretation).
The target audience includes staff of relevant authorities and institutions, social partners, academics, NGOs, judges and lawyers.
