Employment has reached record highs in Europe with more than 236 million Europeans at work. Yet, large disparities remain between countries or age groups. At the same time, employers report difficulties in finding people with the right skills. So there is still work to do. The Programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI) is a clear expression of the Commission's firm commitment to create jobs and growth and improve social conditions across Europe. This 8^th report showcases 7 successful and inspiring projects supported by EaSI in 2014-2017.
