    Den Europæiske Socialfond — investering i mennesker

    Denne brochure beskriver, hvordan Den Europæiske Socialfond (ESF) støtter personer, som måske ikke ellers ville få mulighed for at deltage i uddannelse, få kvalifikationer og få gode jobs. På grund af fondens størrelse og anvendelsesområde har den stor indflydelse på arbejdsmarkedet og samfundet generelt. I nogle lande kommer omkring 90 % af de faktiske udgifter til arbejdsmarkedsforanstaltninger fra ESF. Fonden er EU's vigtigste redskab til at nå målene vedrørende øget beskæftigelse, mindre fattigdom og bedre uddannelse i hele Unionen.

    Brochuren forklarer, hvordan ESF arbejder, og den præsenterer de resultater, der er opnået indtil videre fra finansieringsperioden 2007-2013. Den indeholder også nogle eksempler fra det virkelige liv på, hvordan fonden har hjulpet nogle af de millioner af mennesker, den støtter hvert år.

    Posting of workers - Report on A1 portable documents issued in 2015

    Portable Document A1 is a formal statement proving that the holder pays social contributions in another EU country. PD A1 provide a source of statistics on posted workers and persons working in several EU countries. This report shows that in 2015, there were some 2.05 million postings, an increase of 7% compared to the previous year. Poland, Germany and France accounted as the main sending countries, while Germany, France and Belgium as the main receiving countries. Find more data on the average duration of posting, the economic sectors involved, the impact on national labour markets and more in this report.

    2016 annual report on intra-EU labour mobility

    In 2015, almost 11.3 million EU citizens of working age were residing in a Member State other than their country of citizenship. This report presents an overview of mobility within the EU as well as of the economic integration of the mobile workers. In addition, report  focus this year on workers going back to their country of origin, and on the mobility at higher age (retired EU-movers).
